“E3len fel3asma.. Tkon lak basma!”
The title of a seminar like gathering which a teacher at Al3asma high school set for the girls there, as they are being introduced to the world of Media & Advertisement. Bashar (a colleague) gave me a one day notice to get ready and I was tensed whether I would be able to get my gear in action but thank God I did.
I walked in hesitant in the beginning, especially that our booth was the worst J and I was ALONE and surrounded by major companies bas I decided to swallow it down to prove to myself that I can do it. Walla I came out, till today pretty amazed at how I handled the situation (knowing the fact that I tend to be shy & defensive around strangers). I actually spoke to Waleed 6abtaba2y! I went like “Salaaaam 3alaikom” – the man stood there trying to hide a smirk and I went on & on, to my surprise to had some inquiries himself. I got to meet other exhibitors & did good PR (I got gifts too) ß- closest thing to a prize which I never experienced before! I tried to snap pics but this is what I came up with.
