I felt her spirit …
As I was returning home yesterday, I passed by old Salmiya; Raghda, a friend of mine, whom I lost contact with for the last coupla years. Raghda passed away last year in a car accident, the day I got the news I felt so sick…. Like someone was using me as a punching bag. So sad, you gotta know her story too…. Raghda was an average fun loving girl, she had suffered a lot as she was growing up, with her family & their living. She met a guy and they instantly fell in love. Now, this love relation was “on & off” on a span of more than 5 years bas they managed to be loyal to their love and the guy was nuts about her and kept his word of marrying her. They had a wedding, even their pics were published in Lialina.
Everyone was so happy for them, a long love story that ends up with marriage is rare to me! Till one day, I came home and my sister was standing and she goes like: “I have bad news” I replied: “Who died??” – “Raghda!”. Me: “No way, she just got married!!!! How did she die?? She is so young, as old as I am!” and I burst into tears and at that time, “De Niro” was there to console me and talk the pain away;I felt safe for a while. I found out later that she, her husband, sister & brother were in a car traveling to Jordan, something happened to the tire o the car flipped, throwing her body out the window. They all survived except her… Life’s so mean and worthless, she was a newlywed! Allah yer7amha o yer7amna when our times come
