Oh Technology!
Ok, I gotta admit that am not a tech freak but yesterday, the discussion about DS Vs. PSP was on, claim was that the Nintendo DS is better off than the PSP. Mario Brothers was the first Nintendo fun game to play for me, remembering all the old old old games we used to play bel Atari (wow, that was what, over 20 somethin’ years)! GOD AM OLD!
Elmohem, I have the PSP and I found it useful, except for one major flaw, the size. It is to big to carry around if you think of it as an MP3 player. I still like the fact that I can store music, pics and movies on it o at the same time, it’s a gaming machine. Not to forget the WiFi and Internet-browsing capabilities, which’s really cool add the big screen; Enough for me, although I fear the thing won’t “survive” because it’s so sensitive and if something happens to it, I might have a nervous breakdown! Mo rkhees! Wala elal3ab rkheesa!
For “people” who got the DS, first of all mabrouk! Yeah it’s light , looks smart, trendy touch screen, lots of games, 7atta Wi-Fi bas for a short range EVEN the sms feature bas I ain’t buyin’ it. It works more for younger people, that is if you introduce these games to your kids; For me, I’d rather buying those good ol’ educational games, take’m out to museums or field trips (I know for a fact that kids now are NOT interested in these stuff at all) bas what the heck! I’ll give it a try. I know that when I hold the PSP or PS I go numb; Out of focus with all that’s around me for literally hours glued in front of the screen, I don’ wanna let my kids do it on a frequent base. I want them socially interacting.
You know what I was thinkin’, how technology is invading children’s lives. I mean, you see a bunch of young boys all competing viciously using these devices o those expressions on their faces, afterwards they leave it behind, after a couple of months something more advanced shows up and akeed they wanna have it. I sympathize with you parents out there heheeh! Don’t you love technology?!

The nintendo DS’ screen is very bad and it’s small. The screen still looks like the old ‘donkey kong’ handhelds. The controls have not changed either! And despite the touch screen, its pretty usless and akward to ‘play’ with using the pen.

No way! That’s neat! Those Japs are so smart :)
3beid, Thanks a lot for the information… Deniro’s not gonna postpone the decision of purchasing a DS Light now and if they come in Pink, I WANT ONE TOO :P
I personally wanna wait till Sony straighten up their act and do some changes; Though Nintendo are pretty good bas till they direct it towards grown ups as intended, el P”sh”P’s ok I guess o it has everythin’ …
