Afkar Monta9af elnahar…

I just wanna share the happy news! I found my monkey mirror! Finally, el7amdellah; I hate losing things I pick n’ like. As I was flipping my bag contents, I found it… yalla ya 3am, elmal el7alal 3omro maydee3!

Yesterday I decided to “put my eating habits to sleep”! It’s too much for me this ongoing craving and snack munching (especially after the doc weighed me last time) – Funny thing is that I wasn’t upset at the time or later. I kiss burgers goodbye, I kiss KFC & Popeye’s good bye, I kiss Baskin goodbye, I kiss Hershey’s goodbye and many moreeeee…. I took this oath of losing around 5 – 10 Kilos , 5 only I guess is ok, other wise I’ll be like a skeleton! I started by a yummy egg salad, fruit and cheese.. allah yestor o can make it till the end of the day.

I don’t feel like focusing today (although I am very very tensed from work load) but it has the opposite impact on me, am just letting go! I have like a zillion meetings at office this Wednesday, since I have training on Mon. & Tues.

Ramadan is on the doors guys (kel 3an o ento bkheir) o I am already worrying about the coffee addiction I have and how am I gonna get through the first day! But very eager to the diet bit during Ramadan. I also got my gear ready for walking around the block today, I feel like jello and it defiantly would make use of some form of exercise

    People think inna Rm’6an is when el9aymeen loose weight, when its really the other way around !
    During Rm’6an most people gain weight, due to the sudden change to eating habits. Suddenly you’re stuffing you’re mouth and having snacks (Se7oor) ne9 elail, which doesnt really yet’ha’6am..
    Tha 6aybawy Knafas dont help either…

    you’re monkey mirrir is sooo cute! you can do it chika, the hardest thing about a diet is the first few days… just eat healthy and u will lose weight anyway
