Since beginning of this week, there were quarter page ads callin’ on Syrian fans to head to the stadium & support the Karama team and that looked so lame n’ stupid because people, it’s just football! Duh!
I didn’t know that the game was yesterday till my brother got the newspaper & on the front page the title, the picture & the whole article was kinda prejudice; Portraying Syrians as barbarians (my opinion) “alta9addy lel jamaheer be3onf” n’ the picture of one of the Syrian team guys holding 3a9aya! I dunno what happened during the game walla how both teams reacted towards each other but as responsible media sources, lazem yekoun fe mesdaqeyya and objectivity… point is, mafi akhla2 wala roo7 reyadeyya belmarra!
As for them- Syrian team- being from 7oms and what the 7omseyyen are known for (3eedhoum youm elarba3 and being the sa3edeez of Syria), walla mnee7 6ele3 shee mnee7 menkon o 7oms elyoum m3ayde!
