Big thighs gotta march!
As usual, not a day goes by without Chikapappi having fast food during work. We found at ourselves at Mary Brown’s, the place next to this car wash in Shuweikh. It’s good people- best thing about it is that it has diet food – light food. I ordered a bran chicken sandwich which turned out to be regular bread BAS I ate – universe states chika has to have more food these days since am happy :)
Bebe’s battery died today RIP AC Delco! We had to replace it – not me of course – I ain’t good with machinery. Elmohem enny Blue passed by insisting we walk to get rid of excess weight. It turned out quiet an adventure.
I only walked a couple of times around South Surra and it is kinda not safe at the time being, so till we have a proper mamsha, I have to drive all the way to other areas for freakin 30 minutes of walking. We both got the Ipods on and start marching. OMG people! It’s as if guys never saw females! This is when Universe inspired me to get a rock and put it in my pocket for safety…
We went from Block 1 to 7 on foot, part of our walk included searching for houses to rent since our current owner (we share a house) is acting like a cheap bimbo! I gotta tell you, fe pretty nice houses there bas no one to ask. What’s impressing in Al Salam is the enormous amount of fountains people have in their enterences! It’s crazy! Kel beit fe nafoora and they are all on and all the outer lights are on! Wein Tarsheed (BTW Tarsheed people, your guys passed by us and started throwing some pickup lines!) MASKHARA!
So we are walking and guys start “ga7e99ing” bel sayarat which is so immature & guys pointing laser at us to other aholes sticking their heads from their cars and shouting!!!! Ambil! Seriously! Is that how they get a kick outta life!

I jog/walk around my neighborhood all the time, it’s a lot of fun and you can be surprised at how small things look so beautiful.

Yep sadly that is the truth of the matter. Those are the guys that do that, cause the guys that don’t are probably somewhere else doing other things. Rock? Why, carry a grenade :p It has a much more powerful effect (incase u get chanced by a car too ;/)

Best place to walk is a Mall , Avenues or Sharq or Marina are the best places ,safe and refreshing . I see many ‘walking’ inside the Mall .
After finish walking you can have the fast food too … hehe !

I never heard of that fast food place, BUT when i’m Shuwaikh, I only goto Shuwaikh’s cafeteria. THE BEST fa6ayer on EARTH.
also if you’re on a diet, here’s some tips since I became an expert on this matter *dropped from 93 to 81*
1. try to lessen the amount of bread you consume
2. more meat + less fat
3. eat fruits/veggies between activities
4. little bit of chocolate doesn’t hurt + recent studies show that chocolate actually makes a person happy
