Hi Ho from the La La Land girls n’ boys! I thought I’d squeeze 3 posts into one since I dunno if I will have the time today (it’s after midnight already) to post – so this is only so you won’t miss me! :P

Post 1 – Mother Daughter relation:

It’s funny how moms are over protective over their children, what’s more weird is how this goes on till the day you die & when I ask the answer is: “You’ll never know what it feels like till you have your own” , we’ll see!

My mom is with me at work & after working hours at home; It’s like we never miss anything! Our daily routines intertwine to the extent that it drives me insane sometimes…. Let me sum this up for you:

1. Am in front of the laptop and she peeks in the screen & sees me while am typing posts or comments and goes like: “Walla enti modmena! O ya reit fee fayda ” – I move away from her to avoid her curiosity on what’s going on

2. I go shop & she thinks I have a shopping addiction so lately I have the tendency to sneak stuff in my room LOL! Now, when she goes to sleep, my fiesta starts & I start trying out thing & suddenly *bam* door opens and she goes like: “ haaaaa! Sho eshtarity!- what did you buy-! ” I go like: “ahh, nothing!” she answers: “yal lier, SHOW ME and don’t be a chicken!” I surrender and get the “usual speech”! eh!

3. She walks in my room at night to check what I’ll wear next day, as she likes to see me well dressed all the time. I usually have things set in advance so the stuff’s hanging and she sees the top for instance and then she goes like: “what’s the bottom piece- jeans I assume!” I go like yeah, her response is : “FUDGIN’ JEANS!” – I actually got this note today! Heheheh!!!

4. “Your face looks tired” – She says that when she comes in and sees me blogging – indication that I must go to sleep!!

5. As all moms, she never quits this “Come let me introduce me to this person” – a guy – and this bugs me

6. She sometimes embarrasses me in front of people, pointing to my weight like : “ya ba66a” or “kafi akel” or “your toes are funny“!!! Ha ha haa.. I laugh along and keep quiet!

7. When ever I get a phone call or an sms, she jumps up in front of me and asks: “Meeeen!” – who- ! No privacy what so ever

8. back to shopping & clothes, she sees something that she likes or I buy a thing like this strapless dress I got from Mango, she goes back n’ forth to open the subject & goes like: “Chikaa, do you have a top to match my brown skirt!” now, I know she has her eyes on the top so I go like take it mom! The dress, she went crazy for – she just saw it yesterday and goes like: “Ha haa, when did you buy this! I wanna try it!” go ahead mom – she put it on and it doesn’t fit! *evil giggle* Haaa mama! Who’s the chubby one NOW!!! :P

9. She keeps an eye on what ever goes in my mouth “this is bad – this is fattening – this would ruin your teeth…! Etc…

10. TILL NOW PEOPLE, she asks if I need to go to the bathroom before I leave the house! WTH! I might as well wear diapers!

You get the flow huh… My mom rocks! Wohooo!!!

Post 2 – Café Rio Review:

There’s this café at fanar – the one in the basement where “cat woman” works – I dunno if any one saw her but she is scary! I had the “pleasure” of meeting this “delightful” person at Four Films (printing press). The Sr. executive introduced me to her, she stood there eye balling me from top to bottom while am fixated on her weirdly altered face – she literally looks like a cat with her Blue lenses and the overly done eyes, cheeks and lips- it is soooo weird! We go there and I ask where’s cat woman, the waitress goes like “This madam is very bad, all employees are quitting from her so will I !” Now people, I understand the need for cosmetic surgery for “necessary” health related reasons but mutilating one’s face just thinking it makes them look better.. naaaah!

Elmohem, turns out not only cat woman is what’s suxing up this place, their food is bad! I do not recommend the Steak sandwich at all!!!

Note to self: I need eyebrow surgery to make my eyes bigger, Lip enhacement & some dimples!

Post 3 – STARDUST:

Fayoor, Blue & my sisters went to Fanar to watch Stardust; I love it and don’t wanna spoil it for you bas this’s what I call “teasers”:

1. Michelle Pfeiffer is deliciously evil – I loved her in this movie
2. Robert De Niro is “DA MAN” ! LOL!!!!!
3. Dude protagonist is HOT after De Niro’s make over ;)

Over all, I loved the movie bas at some scenes it was long and boring – well, I was “woohing a lot” so that means I like it! GO WATCH IT!

Bas, this Chika’s going to La La Land now!
