So we were waiting for my dad to return from prayers to eat.. my mom sits next to with her mouth opened wide (she didn’t see 7aleema yesterday) – walla ana 9ert “tara lamlam men 7alamlam”!!! OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! STOP IT NOW!
So I was checking MSN & this was featured – I saw it on TV before & thought it was toooo lame to be circulated that much bas in the States, kollo mashi – anything goes – la2 not you 3beid :P
I get this crazy idea….. I love the Juridical system in the States & I wish that the same would be applied here in Kuwait – imagine, how people would be legally at each others throats *evil giggle*
Just think of the “easy cash in* options :) :
1. I can sue Al Rai for 7aleema’s fawazeer
2. I can sue fast food companies for the weight I put on
3. I can sue my mom for the food she makes! Which is not helping with the weight loss
4. I can sue retailers for the sizes (Large is the new medium now!)
5. I can sue people who cut me off on the streets
6. I can sue people for emotional distress
7. I can sue people for harassment
8. I can sue my company for working over hours with no breaks
9. I can sue Zain’s website for not being able to recharge my line!
10. I WANT to sue Cutting Edge for the bad haircut !!
Ohh, there are many more reasons to take people to court … I’ll just wait till coffee kicks in & be able to write..

I blame people who are encouraging this crap on TV by calling or sending messages – TV is soo mobtathal nowadays, bas this is what the sha3b wants! ta7ya el ommah el3arabiya! :)

LOOL, you would sue all the weight and food stuff because you made the decision to eat that type of food, you would only win if the food was grossly misrepresented and there was no way for you to find out that it was during the time you were eating it and getting fat
You can’t sue your work unless they told you that it wasn’t going to be like that……and the emotional distress lawsuits are hard to prove, alot of people sue for them but just a small percentage actually get anyting granted and if you lose you have to pay the court costs
