Cycle starts again…

I just had my last sip of coffee, tried to REALLY enjoy it as I attempt to literally shove the whole mug in my throat …I hear Athan – prayers calling – from the mosque behind our house. That’s as far as I could drink, let’s see if I have the same nasty headache I suffered from yesterday…

I was washing up to pray & I was thinking that I ate too much today (after breaking fast of course!) – Although my actual fo6oor was not that big a portion bas the aftermath of no coffee no sweets really hit me. I ended up hogging what ever I could lay hands on! Like I was starving & am afraid if I continue like this am gonna put on weight more quickly than I could finish typing this sentence – I swear I can feel fat going through, making its way under my skin to my arms & thighs ….

I had the following:

1. Turkish Coffee (BIG MUG)
2 Two bars of chocolate – one of which is low calories (who am I kidding!)
3. Chocolate Pastilles
4. A banana
5. Dates
6. 4 bottles of diet coke
7. Tea
8. One KDD ice cream – chocolate too
9. 3 Scoops of Baskin Robbins + nutts
10. Sandwich
11. Nutts & dried fruits
12. More shrimp – leftover

Do I need to tell you how my tummy feels! Like “sugar”I’ll update this post after Ramadan for the curse words :P

This is a “wrapper” for the first half of the 2nd day of Ramadan… let’s see what the other half has instored for me…

    hahaha.. im reading and laughing.. we should have some kinda bokhoor on caffiene! we go through it and feel the buzz.. is this possible?

    dear Chika,
    I used to eat like that last ramadan, which resulted in me packing 5 more kilos!
    what I would suggest is, you try to moderate what you eat and play some sports…
    or walk or any outdoor activity.

    Yeaa………..the weight gain is just inevitable. On my ramadan list of things to do I listed to not gain weight this year and if I don’t it’ll be the first.

    Be careful with all that diet coke all at once, all of that acidity especially after fasting can give you ulcers
