My rule is don't wear short tops and show off ur bum or long pants/skirts and mop the sidewalk AND street with u at the same time, and at the same time don't wear really tight jeans & tops so people see the outline of ur bra or really huge clothes that make u look like a convertable tent lol in short, everything moderate is good.
