On Countries…

earth-light.jpg

Well most of you here are Kuwaitis, GUESS WHAT! Am not! Comeeeee onnnn! Ok, Am half Syrian, Half Egyptian! I’ve never been to Syria bas I couldn’t stop thinking last night of how shitty things there are & how people are miserable…

I dunno if I would have survived such conditions so all I say is 7amdellah for everything! I don’t need to butt kiss people, bas Kuwait is my home! I love everything in it, the good o the bad – although sometimes I feel like leaving everything behind & running away! Then again I say: AM CRAZY!

* AM CRAZY AM CRAZY AM CRAZY AM CRAZY AM CRAZY AM CRAZY”is that enough for you 3baid?! (am gonna kill you!)*

Ok, I don’t wanna assume how things are in Syria bas all I can say is that I hate their government (although I’m not into politics at all) & I hate their social – economical differences, the gap is vast from the filthy rich to those living in inhumane meager circumstances besides their technology ignorance…

I think the president should change, they should be more opened to technology & outside investment & figure out how to increase citizens’ income…

What would you change about your country?!!?

Well, i guess we, scattered people are some what alike!! :-D
Being a circassian Jirdanian I have two countries, Jordan, the country i was born and grew up in, and the Adegay republic, a federal republic of Russia…
If we speak about Jordan, I wish i could just make streets cleaner, and have a more complicated and more beautiful style of architecture…
If we speak about Adegay, I just wish people to become more educated regarding religion, and to increase personal income…
And sure when i go there enshalla, (yemken soon!!) i will be more able to give a more realistic assessment of the situation there :-)

  9. Noufa Says:

The constitution of “lovely Kuwait” needs major update and change.
I don’t like the whole “Royal family” concept, I think The president/emir should be elected by the public.
Kuwait should welcome foreign investment and leave the shria3 BS aside!
Ooh yeah Kuwaitis need to updated too, especially mommy dearest :/

  10. The Letter I Says:

    As-Salaam ‘Alaikum –

Just a little advice: it makes no sense gramatically when you exclude the ‘I’ in sentences like “am crazy.” Even if you are crazy, and if you insist on telling the world this, then say so within the confines of proper English grammar: ‘I am crazy;’ not ‘am crazy.’

Dropping the ‘I’ just drives me crazy!

  11. howahkan Says:

    prevent corruption and introduce socialism…

  12. Rebellious Arab Girl Says:

    I want my country back..

  13. Qwaider ????? Says:

Born and raised in Kuwait, I was just like you. Thought Kuwait was my home (still do) but kuwaiti’s think it’s an exclusive club for the elite. So I’m not going to stay in a country who doesn’t even know how to treat people who are supposed to be Kuwaiti’s like myself. Good thing, USA will soon consider me American.

If there is anything I would like to see change in Kuwait, it would be to have less arrogant people!
