I think because female have waayyy more things to say.(not all)
males just do. (not all)

I agree on the fact that there are more female bloggers than males in Kuwait. Most of my male friends didn’t like the idea of having a blog, but the females I know actually want to browse & read & comment, not because I’m their friend, but because they’re interested in what do I have to say!
