BUY NOTHING DAY!
I find this absurd! Shoo! Not buying goods for 24 hrs straight! Hmm, good luck people!!
Saturday November 24h 2007 is Buy Nothing Day (UK), It’s a day where you challenge yourself, your family and friends to switch off from shopping and tune into life. The rules are simple, for 24 hours you will detox from consumerism and live without shopping. Anyone can take part provided they spend a day without spending!
That is off the this [ link ]. Now, I am not sure what this will help exactly or if people would be reaaaaaaaaaally good law abiding, strike respecting to the extent that they would actually do it! That’s crazy!
Based on this, Let’s do it here! In Kuwait!! LOL! I dare you people.. NOTHING! Spend nothing during 24hrs! which also includes food, grocery or stuff from a pharmacy or even banak from the guy at your roundabout!
I wonder!! Would it work!
