Childhood…
Queenie! This is for you ;)
1. I remember when Iraqis invaded Kuwait, we woke up hearing the words “invasion”, “tanks”, “Iraqis” ! At that age & time, we didn’t know what our parents & neighbors were talking about. Worst part is when we were evacuated to England- we left my dad behind because Iraqis said no men on planes. We went to England for the first time & I didn’t like it at all! Only thing I remember is Sweet Factory, the nude boobs postcard that my mom didn’t want us to look at & the drunk semi naked lady in the street ! WooOoOoT
2. I remember how my siblings used to abuse chicks by using Barbie dolls as golf clubs! LOL! They hold the dolls from their legs & “play golf” !
3. I remember how my dad used to gather us around him, teaching us Quran & Hadeeth, offering KD 10 for who memorizes a full verse..
4. I remember how naughty I was – I was supposed to sleep over my nana’s place – after midnight, I decided to go home (which is close by) so I leave her house head to ours then found out that no one is up & was locked outside :/
5. I remember the first time I broke my legs - that was fun! I broke peoples’ hearts *blinks – evil giggle*
6. I remember Michael Jackson & Madonna!
7. Sunkest!! Panda chewing gum..
8. I remember killing a bird >_< ! Then framing my brother
9. I remember Sameera Sa3eed’s song "Mesh 7atnazel 3annak Abadan” LOL!
Speaking of childhood memories, I am a cartoons’ suxer! I watched Futurama- Bender’s Big Score… I didn’t like it that much bas it’s nasty – as in I don’t understand how kids would watch it… Simpson’s is waaaaaaaaaay much better :)

weird …am younger than my sis..she is 22 but in some how I remember all than she did… :/…
The only day eli 9j I can’t forget is liberation day …9j kanat a7la masera sheftha eb 7ayati…cuz everybody were 7ahdom happy….

Nice! Thanks for doing this Chikapappi! Great memories. We were in Turkey, vacationing, when someone at a store asked us if we were Kuwaiti, we said no, but we lived there, and they told us to go back immediately because Saddam had just invaded! It was crazy, we left to Jordan, by car!
