This Lady, noooo that’s not it!
NIBAQ, I think this has to be explained again! Some people think that you don’t add them up intentionally and because of “personal” issues which is not the case I know why you’re always late responding back though after asking you myself :p
I had no problem signing up in Safat when I first started but more recent bloggers complain! What do they need to do?! Where do they go to register their blogs?
Could you be kind enough, spare 2 minutes n’ write down that you don’t hate anyone! :p

Nibaq does not do add blogs, and you claim you went to the Safat meeting and you do not even know the latest

That said .. here are the directions for adding your blog:
Requirements:
* Must be from or about Kuwait.
* Must have at least 3 posts spanning the current month.
(less than three .. or less than a month will not be added!)

first of all Nibaq is not to blaimed on anything, to tell you the truth.. some people are too retarded to send a correct submission, how on earth am I supposed to add someone who writes his e-mail as his site, we try our best, I even send emails or comment on their blogs to further inquire, and even then the nagging and dislike is what we get, in less than a month we realised how much Nibaq put up with snobs and etc for the past 4 years, I know it’s not charity but be reasonable people, anyhow any one who has a complaint please send me an e-mail and I’ll run it through…..!!!
p.s. Maktoob and Jeeran blogs will not be added to Safat.

Ok I just realized I was in this post. LOL.
I don’t really mind that I wasn’t on Safat. Someone once told me a long time ago that it takes hard work and effort to maintain the site, and I’m sure it does, but just to reply to EXZombie up there who said:

I never got an email, comment or anything of the sort. I applied twice and didnt get any feedback. I know blogs who were established after mine and have been on Safat for a looong time now.
I’m sure the guys can separate the ’smart’ applications from the ‘retarded’ ones.

we do got invaled requests, some people submit their names, some their e-mails, me and Forza took part starting from march, now if you submitted before march there is a good chance we didn’t recieve it, I said it before and will say it again if you submitted and nothing happened contact me and I will enshalla see to it that your blog is submitted
as for the dead blogs, we do not follow all blogs, if it’s dead it’s their problem, and once we come across them we will omit them from Safat…..!!!
