Yo-Yo Diet much?!!
Yes, sister’s got an issue AGAIN! Looking at the picture above doesn’t make me feel happy nor sad for her, she looks better with some meat on her honestly but I do understand her ordeal since I dropped down to a size 6-8 like 5 years ago. When I was feeling my best, most people were like: “Your face looks tired” – “you gotta eat” and now it’s the total opposite and it always gets me but I think everyone should mind their own business really!
America now has nothing else but Oprah’s announcement on her battle with weight [ HERE ] ! It is insane how some people are so attached to TV programs & TV icons making them their role models. TV is very influential now and I myself can’t help it either; Some times watching a movie or some person talking on TV gets me so excited and it kind of alters my perception on a specific subject but because I am “Me”, thinking drives me insane and I go back to sqaure one.
El mohem, Lady O is obsessed with her weight in her fifties, that’s a period of her life in which she should be more secure about it -I think – since she always encourages it on her show and talks about positivity and all the optimissim she tries to spread but sister ain’t feelin’ it I guess. I used to watch Oprah and go like “lucky bimbo!”, with all the money she’s got, she could afford a personal trainer, best diet plans, any surgery required besides all the support she could get “for free” but turns out she is as vulnerable as any other human in this planet. I guess money doesn’t really buy everything.
I think she’s not gonna be happy whether thin or chubby, Oprah needs to tie the knot or as we girls go about saying GET LAID! And no I am not being mean but on Doctors they featured a full episode on sex – e7em – it was quite educational, I should add. Oprah missed it I think ;) you watch it [ HERE ]
Stedman! It’s about time you become a “stud”man!

u and i watch the same shows girl :D i was very much all glued to the TV on that Doctors episode lol it was very educational. but nothing new really, thats why its such a basic instinct..
and my thoughts exactly, i mean if i were oprah back in the days when i was morbidly obese, i wud deff do a procedure or two, or ten! but to be honest, its more fulfilling to lose the weight with a change of mentality. coz in my case weight was a medical condition consequence, but in her case its bottled up issues, im sure she has to deal with em once and for all…
and LOL i dont understand men like Stedman.. inno do it already! eft!
