Heinous Crime!
@@ ! I don’t get why they are asking for peoples’ opinion on this! I do not understand why they have to put their pics like that! Is it because of religion? Because from the names you can tell. Hmm.. why in a newspaper!? When I saw it I was like “What did those two do?!”

I heard they are usually asked to do this by their Embassy or for the court to consider their marriage as legal they have to place a notice in the news paper!

looool ! Lot of people get married here in Kuwait ( again) while thier (first) wife (who lives in India) don’t even have a clue .. thats why !!

Its a legal requirement under Constitution of India to advertise in atleast half a dozen national dailies if the Indian citizen is marrying on foreign soil with an Indian or a foreign national.
This helps in identifying the parties involved whether they are currently married with someone else or they have any legal proceedings against them in the Court of Law.
