Liver- 4lbs 7oz Eyes - 2.5oz Lung - 28oz Heart - 9.7oz Kidney - 4.58oz Bone Marrow - guess 3.52oz (100g) Total - 7lbs 8.3oz And they said it was a portion of the liver so we don't actually know the exact weight of what he donated. Same with bone marrow. I would say pretty damn close. Plus is it really necessary to over-analyze a movie and looking at the medical side I came up with the following…

The Merchant of Venice is a good place for you to look at. Maybe Will Smith's character decided that he had a debt to pay for his taking the 7 lives and, in turn, owed each a pound of flesh.
