Bill Nye The Science Guy

Whatever happened to that dorky mad scientist and his weird sound effects and music, scientific videos on the show!? I was no geek at school and gladly enough I ended up graduating with a BA in Linguistics – YUKH – but I never missed an episode and I had my share of attempts copying this guy in the house minus the disasters of course but I loved it! Tell you the truth, these types of shows especially on Science are the only way to get me interested in it; Funny, short and lots of visual aid for my thick brain! lol

I was thinking of “Opposites attraction” and Bill just popped on in my head so I frantically googled him and decided to blog this. Did anyone else watch this show or am I the only freak in the bloggers spheres out there!?!

Bill popped up into your head and you turn over a new leaf.Awesome!I do anything to escape boredome and science is the most boring subject of all, unless Bill teaches it,to me that is.But languages that’s a whole another matter,especially English is so thrilling.

So,opposites attracks,ha?Does that include the opposite sexes too?

I’m a big fan, too! But there was a better show that had a guy (scientist), his assistant (girl) and a fat rat! (guy in rat costume!!)

That show as I remember had more interesting ideas and was more fun, I just can’t remember its name x_x

I gotta admit though, I *did* turn out a geek :p

I never heard of it before but it seems like a good show, there are similar shows today such as Brainiac and mythbusters, they are pretty fun to watch!
