Fat Women, rejoice!

I thought I should write about this since a significant amount of sisters out there like my good self are struggling with the weight loss failure issues and based on feedback from a significant number of people, I think I have to push myself just a liiiiiiiittle bit for my own sake not anyone else !
ya 3ammi I don’t get it! We are all going to be as thin as air itself some day sooner or later so why the emphasis on the physical attributes THAT MUCH! Yes we (and I am speaking on behalf of all my chubby fluffy over sized sisters out there) are very thankful and appreciative towards your concern bas wallahy I think it’s a psychological thing – more like reverse psychology to the majority; When you say stop eating we go stuff ourselves to sleep or maybe not! It doesn’t matter anyways, if you have it in your genes you might shed it for a couple of years and then weight would catch up on you – if you’re single it’s from boredom and if you’re married, blame your husband for his eating habits or carrying his children ;p and again, remind me who said women have to be stick figures their entire lives!? Cuuuurves people – WITHIN ACCEPTABLE SIZES AVAILABLE AT ZARA AND MANGO! unless you like to get in them outfits using lubricants :$ lol
Even Oprah couldn’t take it man sheeeesh! she’s not my idol anyways but honestly speaking whether too skinny or over weight, it is an epidemic that people treat with utter disrespect and sarcasm. Some comments are truly brutal even if you’ve managed to neglect them, they stay in and like in many TV shows – movies, those overweight depressed people end up killing themselves – yes also by stuffing their faces which is agitating and disturbing.
But what do you with a person who eats one meal a day and snacks now on fruits and one sweet bar (low in calories) and doesn’t manage to lose that damn weight!? Exercise!? Ok, that same person might go a couple of times to walk but it’s still slow! Lack of enthusiasm? Need of a “push”?! Loan to go to Lebanon and surgically fix this matter?! *eek*
Nooo, go buy this:

YESSS! Appetite suppressant pills made from natural herbs – that’s what the box says! Damn pack is for KD 20 and it contains 30 pills so do the calculation for a year ahead!
Some guy at work advised my mom to let me try them along with some herbal tea that I didn’t buy this time but my first experience with this was “ok”. It really kills your appetite and you would go through an entire day with an empty stomach but there are many negative side effects:
1. More often regular visits to the ladies room :$
2. Thirst! I never used to drink water – I do not drink that much water anyways but at certain times a day, I feel like my throat is on fire!
3. Lack of attention – you attention span shrinks unbelievably and you just do not focus properly
4. Hyper tension add to that my addiction to Turkish coffee, makes one hell of a fire cracker man!
5. Accelerates heart beat
6. I get heat flashes like pregnant women!
7. MOOD SWINGS – MAJOR MAJOR PROBLEM!
This is what I face on daily basis after like 2 hours of the pill’s intake and by the time it’s 2, I start acting weird. I literally feel like I am sitting next to an over or fire and my limbs starts twitching.
So you ask, is it worth all of this!!? I would honestly say no YET, the first time I used the pack and with daily walking everyone noticed that I lost weight in a significantly short period of time so I though what the heck, let’s do this again since I can’t shut my mouth and curb my food passion!
Did any lady out there come across this product before and has feedback about it?!

Is there any other safe-r alternative to try as long as I am volunteering to be your genipig?!

I read somewhere that even with the most effective weight loss pill the best you can lose is around 100 calorie a day from these pills. The rest is placebo effect. It’s really not doing anything to help you.
What most pills do is a mix of the following:
1) Laxative
2) make your heart race due to ephedrine and co(which is bad)
3) Placebo
4) Makes you shed more water (very bad for the kidneys)
Don’t be fooled by “Herbal” and “Natural”, cocaine is herbal, opium is natural and it doesn’t get more herbal and natural than Tobacco! Yet they all kill!
We’re a lazy generation. I think I used to be even more lazy when I was in Kuwait due to the heat. But a good 1 hour walk in natural sauna in Kuwait will surely help with the weight!
Now if you can just convince my dear wife to gain a few pounds!!

I can totally relate! I’m taking appetite suppressants, but mine are prescription from the doc. I just need to get back to get on track.
Mine make my heart beat fast and I have trouble sleeping on them. Sometimes I get shaky, but I don’t have any severe side effects.

Throw these pills out at once!!!
They will wreck havoc with ur digestive system no matter how safe they are…
and what is that man doing giving those pills with tea for u via ur mom? Oho shako?????
To me? i do not eat much. Most of what i eat is made by me, almost zero oil, and im a vegeterian. and yet, i GAIN weight rather than lose it
and no, im not one of those “i do not eat much” but eat a pot of rice for lunch… i know my portions very well…
the only appetite surpressant out there is exercise! any cravings will be gone
any incling on eating something unhealthy will be gone
infact, i have lost my appetite o dieting is not that big a deal anymore ever since i started exercising…

this is a big no no girl , don’t do that , loosing weight can only be done if u go to the gym at least 5 times a week and u wanna try pilates and kickboxing believe me they are amazing , u will have a killer body in 2 month , trust me on this

There is some powder stuff in sultan center, you add water and drink it all day.. and it’s supposed to give you the same effect as the pills.
There is another ready once, also in sultan center, its already mixed, called KO2 .

I have to go with exercise, when I used to go the gym on a daily basis, the first few days were hell but then it got so much better.
I stayed away from unhealthy food because it stopped being worth the trouble, plus you will find that it puts you in a better mood due to the endorphines released when you exercise.

are you CRAZY?? dont take those dodge-ball diet pills!! PILLS dont work. EVER. i swear, i know, i lost 21 kilos NOT from pills but from EATING A LOT LESS and EXERCISING WAYID. (then i gained no9 them back 6ab3an, bes only half!!!) if they are making your heart beat faster and thirsty all the time they probably contain lots of caffeine (appetite suppressant) among other things!! I would be surprised if they contained ephedra!! stop AT ONCE

First of all, men will go fine with any size “Trust Me”, as for our eating habits and losing weight, the problem is not the food, it’s the laziness in our culture, what is the use if you Close your mouth and you don’t move!

Asalamulakum, I am fat, and can relate but get off the idea that starving yourself will make you loose weight. Unless you move to ethiopia or someplace where there is NO FOOD for anyone it wont work. Take a nutrition class if you can. Basically when your body is hungry it stores the next meal as fat, no matter what it is, because you body thinks, o we are going to need this later because food supply is low.
If you are 5 foot 6 inches and 180 lbs (sorry i dont know metric) you need around 1700 calories everyday in order not to die. Of course you can do under for a good long while before you die but even that one carrot you may eat gets turned to fat because your body thinks your in a famine situation.
Also the water thing, I am really bad about this but if I would just keep myself properly hydrated I would stop retaining water and shed a couple of pounds purely from that.
O also the more muscles mass you have the quicker you burn calories.
