Awtar Libnan, take 3!

Just to remind you of my previous posts on Awtar checkĀ [ HERE ]. After the previous sad incident and during eid, after a long morning walk I returned home, took a shower and mom asked me what would I like to have for lunch and I was craving shrimps for days so I went like: “ROBYAN”! I sensed that she was uncomfortable with my choice since she obviously can’t prepare that at home so I surrendered to sleep. At around 1 noon she woke me up with a kiss and told me to get for lunch and to my surprise there was a platter of grilled shrimps and salad on the table from Awtar! Food was devoured within 5 minutes (and that’s true!) and of course what happened before with the delivery didn’t stop us from ordering Awtar.
Earlier today I escorted my mother to Shuweikh to pick up her car from the garage and we came in late and akeed as usual the question remains: “What do you want to eat?!” Again, shrimp craving hit me and she called Awtar… Placed the order and spoke to Firas who by now recognizes mom which is cool actually – it makes it very personal when a restaurant identifies regular customers and very much appreciated. A second phone call was placed to confirm delivery time and to our surprise, we were informed that this order was complimentary from Awtar after the manager read the previously inserted post above and as a gesture from them to rectify what happened he decided to send in the food for free ;p
I had the Hommos with meat, Armenian salad which is my favorite! finely diced salad with red chili and yummy simple dressing. Always always order the spiced potato (batata 7arra) and guys, it’s the best in town and I am not writing this for the manager to read but honestly speaking I’ve been to many Lebanese restaurants and theirs is the best. Main dishes were the grilled shrimps (Yummoo) and the tender juicy boneless baby chicken – also one of our top recommendations and must try over at Awtar.
I am in bed now typing this post with a full tummy, a clear conscious and hopes for a relaxing beautiful weekend for both you readers and myself :)
Thank you Firas and the anonymous manager reading my blog! See you at your place real soon so have my sheesha ready ;)

this is really silly ,,,, for me the manager did wrong by giving you your order for free , if i am not wrong you mentioned in your previous post that you will never order from this restaurant anymore , so why you did so ? And why you ordered that quick and you just faced the incident in Ramadan ?
This will certainly encourage people to do complaints and get their orders for free
