Diana, it doesn’t say anything about a trial or court bas they have their identities now and it’s a matter of time till they physically catch them but I do not what will happen, such cases usually stir problems in Egypt ..

  5. Linda Says:

Before we jump into conclusions, this is a note posted on the guys profile, it may not be him! :

    Elmasry Mathoon Sayed Elmasry

    http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000785274433

    did they confess ..
it just didnt add up .. anyone couldve done that which seemed unfair to be honest..
i hope they catch who ever did this .. with proof.

  9. Chikapappi Says:

there’s nothing – news I mean after this was published and as you read from Lina’s comment it’s too complicated to interpret bas I do feel sorry if these kids were falsely accused ;/

  10. Swera Says:

and how can we validate Linda’s story?! for all we know she can be an accomplice to give false facts about those 2 kids . . . i’ve clicked on the link and it shows nothing . . . no profile is there?!
even if those 2 individuals didnt do it? from where did they get their names? and why? how? it has to be smth related to them wa allah a3lam!

  11. eris-kallisti-discord Says:

    You should be.
Quite a shocking (disgusting?) behaviour i witnessed here and in the precedent post and comments.
But well.. thats how most minds work around the world.

    Nevermind,
    best wishes!

  12. Chikapappi Says:

I should be sorry for being passionate about my religion!? Not at all! I’d do more than this dear and I think you would too and what’s sick, is for you to judge blindly.. anyhow, Yes I said I feel sad for them if they weren’t the ones behind the whole thing and if you notice, I blurred their faces in the image posted.. I ain’t no monster dear.

  13. eris-kallisti-discord Says:

Never meant you were one ;)
And i really find it very responsible that you blurred em, not doing the same (IMHO) mistake as the two bloggers you linked to (just now saw they published the ‘raw’ photo).

    But:

WT§% ??? even IF he respectively those two ‘did’ this… THATS no longer covered by passion ;)..

As is – in my opinion – not even the presentation of their photos in a worldwide medium accessible to everyone.
BTW: For what reason should anyone post or see this photo at all?

Regarding my blind judging.. yes, i have to be partially blinded as i neither know you or any of the commenters here for real. On the other hand, you can never get a complete view on anything.. Omniscience(TM) is exclusively for gods.
Therefore, either you never judge anything, as you never were able to judge with clarity, or you just let it be, form your thoughts and say what you want.

    Kind regards

  14. Chikapappi Says:

you see, I will paste the below for you to read and yes it has nothing to do with passion. FAITH, it all comes down to it:

    SHIRK:

    A.
Definition:The omission of any of the above mentioned categories of tawheed or deficiency in the fulfillment of any criteria of Tawheed is referred to as ‘shirk’.(Please note that the Arabic word ‘Shirk’ has the same sound as in the English word ‘ship’ and not as in the English word ‘shirk’,which means ‘to evade’

‘Shirk’ literally means sharing or associating partners. In Islamic terms it means associating partners with Allah and is equivalent to idolatry.

    B.
Shirk is the greatest sin that Allah will never forgive:

The Qur’an describes the greatest sin in Surah Al-Nisa’:

    “Allah forgives not
That partners should be set up
    With Him; but He forgives
    Anything else, to whom
    He pleases; to set up
    Partners with Allah
    Is to devise a sin
    Most heinous indeed.”
    [Al-Qur’an 4:48]

The same message is repeated in Surah Al-Nisa’:

    “Allah forgives not
(The sin of) joining other gods
    With Him; but He forgives
    Whom He pleases other sins
    Than this: one who joins
    Other gods with Allah,
    Has strayed far, far away
    (From the Right).”
    [Al-Qur’an 4:116]

    C.
    Shirk leads to hell fire:

The Qur’an says in Surah Ma’idah:

    “They do blaspheme who say:
    ‘Allah is Christ the son
    Of Mary.’ But said Christ:
‘O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord
And your Lord’. Whoever joins other gods with Allah –
Allah will forbid him the Garden, and the Fire
Will be his abode. There will for the wrongdoers
    Be no one to help.”
    [Al-Qur’an 5:72]

    D.
Worship and Obedience to none but Allah:

The Qur’an mentions in Surah Ali-’Imran:

Say: “O people of the Book!
    Come To common terms
    As between us and you:
    That we worship none but Allah;
    That we associate no partners with Him;
That we erect not, from among ourselves,
Lords and patrons other than Allah.”
    If then they turn back,
Say ye: “Bear witness that we (at least)
Are Muslims (bowing to Allah’s Will).”
    [Al-Qur’an 3:64]

    The Glorious Qur’an says:

“And if all the trees on earth were pens
And the Ocean (were ink), with seven Oceans behind it
To add to its (supply), yet would not the Words
Of Allah be exhausted (In the writing): for Allah
Is Exalted in power, Full of Wisdom.”
    [Al-Qur’an 31:27]

Our analysis of Concept of God in various Religion shows that monotheism is an integral part of every major religion of the world. However, it is unfortunate that some adherents of these religions violate the teachings of their own scriptures and have set up partners to Almighty God.

An analysis of the scriptures of various religions, reveals that all scriptures exhort mankind to believe in, and submit to One God. All these scriptures condemn the association of partners to God, or the worship of God in the form of images. The Glorious Qur’an says:

    “O men! Here is
    A parable set forth!
    Listen to it! Those
    On whom, besides Allah,
    You call, cannot create
(Even) a fly, if they all
    Met together for the purpose!
And if the fly should snatch
    Away anything from them,
    They would have no power
To release it from the fly.
    Feeble are those who petition
    And those whom they petition!”
    [Al-Qur’an 22:73]

In KSA, and according to Islamic rules people who commit such sin are executed (their blood is shed) but because most governments (Muslim ones that is) are more lenient towards Quran sentences they let them be but as you read above, “Hell” awaits them :) As humans we cannot fully imagine the afterlife and / or what’s happening now. I mean I sometimes have demonic doubts in my mind about humanity, earth, life and the afterlife and as much as I try to think of the future I get equally frustrated. That’s why Swera said :allah a3lam” –> only god knows in English :)

I was talking to my fiance about it and it’s weird how the whole topic cooled down as if nothing ever happened !

  15. MBH Says:

@ Swera & others who published the pictures and names of people: A person is innocent until proven guilty.

How would you feel if by some method I was able to get your picture, and then I published it on the Internet, labeling you as a bad girl and put both your email & phone number? What would that do to your reputation?

If you have no proof, you should never publish such info. If others did it, question them for proof. A real, valid proof.

    Shame on you.

  16. eris-kallisti-discord Says:

Sorry i’m not so good with texts from the books.

Ten years or so ago i asked our local reverend in the confirmation class how it came that the book used there spoke of people becoming over 800 years old. He tried explaining it by “they did not count the years then, but the crops yielded”… Yeah.. alright friggin 200 years?

You see, i don’t have a problem with these books offering a philosophy, maybe a concept to live by.
But please… those theologists and the like just shouldn’t sell it as if it ever really happened..

Besides: i believe, if there is some god, that set up this place (including all of us, and all of our goods and bads, peaces and wars) with his omnipotence, just to separate us in good and bad souls depending on whether we – purely by chance(!) – lived as he liked or disliked..
Well, i don’t think this would be a god i liked to please.

I rather believe, if there is some god, he won’t punish whoever has a clear conscience, so THIS should be our ultimate goal: Trying to live the best life, but not necessarily one based on any religion.

  17. Chikapappi Says:

MBH, again I say we were all impulsive because obviously now, the whole thing took a whole bigger emphasis than it should and as bloggers, we act like media resources out there – deliver the message. validating or denying comes up next and if something new comes up I will post it.. but as a gesture of being regretful, I blurred the picture and the rest is unknown.

Eris Eris Eris :) I can’t try to convince you and I know I won’t be able to but as a Muslim I have to admit that I sometimes also say that religion is not about books and practice like prayers, fasting.. etc for us Muslims, it has to do with behavior and manners too but I cannot negate the fact that a “god” exists and even if we don’t see “him”, the main pillar of Islam is believing in “him” and his prophets, angels and judgment day and based on that faith we carry on lives “here”… are things sometimes unfair and there seems to be injustice on this planet?! YES, do I like it?! NO! Do I find it justifiable!? Hell NO! But all we can do is thank Allah for what we have and try to help as much as we can, that’s why as humans we were created.

  18. Swera Says:

My dear Eris . . . from what im reading, it seems that you dont believe in Allah or God … so you’re the last person to make judgments on me or such people!! you yourself in quest in finding answers or whatever you’re trying to prove . . . or maybe you are not! until then don’t open your mouth and say things you can’t comprehend for you dont believe in Allah!

MBH … maybe i’m not as thoughtful as Chika but let me tell you smth,,,their photos are all over the news and blogs, even if we blurred them, it would do no good … beside, come to think about i?! would the media really take the risk of publishing everything about 2 innocent people accusing them of false things @@?! i dont think so!!! coz if they’re not related to them at all they will sue them and the media will be badly BADLY damaged!

  19. Linda Says:

Swera, what I posted is something I got from the person’s facebook profile. I don’t personally know this guy, but my friend has him as a friend on facebook and thats how I could view the note. I wasn’t posting it to be an “accomplice” to the situation, I do not in any way condone what these people have done as it is utter and complete blasphemy (IMO).

However, it is very easy to point fingers and say this person did it and not know if they truly did. I’m not saying this guy didnt, but he is claiming to be falsely accused and so maybe his side of the story should be listened to. Afterall, false accusations are common, so why rule it out?

Until someone is proven guilty, we can’t assume that news we hear is certainly true. The media has ENDLESSLY posted pictures, news, that were false.

If you view the Al Arabiya website, there are no mention of names. Official sources have not mentioned names yet.

I’m not defending these people; nor am I gonna jump to conclusions about who did it. Whoever created this group on facebook should be severely punished; thats why certainty is a must when accusations are made.

Chikapappi, I reacted the EXACT same way as you did when I read it! and then when my friend clarified the situation to me, I hesitated in believing the rumors. Regardless, we all agree on one thing, that this matter is no joke.

  20. MBH Says:

    @ Chikapappi & Swera,

Long gone are the days of true & honest journalism where all the media (in all its forms) cares about is getting more readers. Scandals, accusations, fights, domestic problems of celebrities, …etc. They have no shame in invading people’s privacies, with or without proof of whatever is published.

You should NOT publish a piece of news because others have published it and fool yourself into believing that it is a true story. This is called Viral Advertisement and Marketing; it’s meant to spread fast and be eaten by the minds of the masses like hot cup cakes.

( يا أيها الذين ءامنوا إن جاءكم فاسق بنبأ فتبينوا أن تصيبوا قوما بجهالة فتصبحوا على ما فعلتم نادمين )

Going to your source isn’t good enough. You have to go to the *original* source and see how that conclusive info that this guy & his girlfriend are the ones behind the page.

I’m not saying he isn’t nor he is. But that’s a very big accusation you have there pointing at him without a 100% valid proof.

There were forged stories and a7adeeth (quotes) about the prophet Mohammad. Do you know why very very little of them made it to our current time? It was because Muslim followers did NOT talk about them nor spread them. Those forged sayings had no merit and were killed in the spot, simply by not mentioning them.

  21. Chikapappi Says:

    1. I would never ever delete a post and this case applies on this post, I will write a new one in case updates occur

    2. did you read my comments after Linda’s?! I didn’t say I am sure they’re them and again, I didn’t mention names all I did is link the sources and this is their responsibility. I protected the mentioned persons by blurring their picture and I am not not accusing anyone (again, read my comments)

    3. I also would like to say maybe admit, I was impulsive but ensha2 allah if they are acquitted or maybe not I will do the necessary and finally I would like to say that you are right with everything you wrote and I respect your opinion.

  22. Linda Says:

Chikapappi, I completely understand your impulsiveness, it comes naturally to everyone because the situation is sad and appalling, so its normal to want to find out who did it.
