First Anniversary
On June 14th 2010 we were legally married and on the 25th we had a small dinner reception, no music and as simple as can be which we agreed upon and honestly I don’t like the weddings’ fuss. It’s been a looooong year already ;p ups and downs and all the quarrels of 2 individuals getting to know and better understand each other and because I have been “good” and “I never expected you to be that patient” as he says <– EHH, I was surprised with a quick trip to Dubai, [ Atlantis The Palm ] to be more specific because we honestly needed some time off to relax – not been out of Kuwait for a while, nasty pregnancy and of course not neglecting soprano baby doing her act all night! I was upset of course since kid couldn’t come along but I totalllllly understand now that baby = total fun bummer especially at that young age so I appreciated the gesture and wished I could stay longer on condition that baby’s there with me and in return I gave him Alma which is convenient since she can’t be replaced or refunded ;p
I totally love Atlantis and I have never expected to go to Dubai and not go shopping or sleep for 2 nights wasting precious time off, guess I was THAT tired! I lovvvvve looovvveee loooooove Dubai! <3 LOVE IT - I am only posting a couple of pics since about a gazillion other human beings on this planet already did but again, I LOVE the place!

Husband was on shore taking pics however, this group doesn’t include me since we were assigned Black with his trainer (man on right side in Black) and I kissed, cuddled, hugged and played with the dolphin :)
And to cap this post I decided to share this pic after slicing myself out of it of those Japanese couple! I noticed them roaming around the hotel wearing the traditional Emarati clothes and my husband didn’t bother to listen to me and when he saw them he was like they might be residents of the UAE, turns out not! They barely speak English and I guess they think it’s cheaper and much more comfortable wearing loose clothes over their swimming suit (lady has a hot Red bikini under that abaya ;p )

Awww happy anniversary hehe it’s shocking to realize that a year has gone by whereas it feels like it was just yesterday :s
